Why you need App Coverage 101
We break down what it is and why your app needs it.
We break down what it is and why your app needs it.
Every app on earth is hosted by a provider. The most popular ones are Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Program. (We use both!) These companies manage millions of apps under one umbrella. These companies need to stay compliant with Corporate and Federal Law to stay operational. That means keeping the millions of apps in check; making sure code and precautions are edited to comply.
Every publishing platform has strict guidelines and punishments for not following these guidelines. Most cases lead to immediate platform removal. Typical founders don’t have the resources to keep up with these guidelines.
We audit your database regularly to stay compliant with publisher regulations. We also have developers on-call to fix compliance issues the moment they come to our attention. The last thing we want is for the app we helped create to be removed!
We have services you'd otherwise pay for in-house. You're getting raw dev prices - no premiums. 💪
*These prices are estimates on typical developer costs in the United States, estimating an hourly pay for a Cloud or Data Systems Dev to be roughly 95/hr. Each project will see differences in how the cost is divided, especially dependent on how each application database is structured. Taxes are not included in the cost; included where applicable.
If you already have an app built by our studio, you can directly hop on a coverage plan by subscribing below. We'll email you to confirm the app to cover!
We'll explain this and more to you on our call if you're interested in working with us!
Of course! You can cancel your plan in the payment portal.
Do keep in mind, having an app that is actively being accessed by users requires you to subscribe to a security plan in order to update and access a database. This is Google's main policy with Firebase that they uphold in order to be globally compliant. You can learn more about this here: https://firebase.google.com/docs/rules.
Each app in our ecosystem gets custom privacy rules in order to stay compliant with Firebase, as well as the privacy policies for Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store.
Just keep in mind, adding space to your collections typically means upgrading your security alongside it. The more storage for content, the more storage you need to protect that content.
All of our plans are super modular, so these numbers and data limitations are guesstimates on what we have seen with the past 50 most recent apps, and what they require to operate.
None of these prices are rigid, and can be customized to fit your personal business needs and limitations.
We make the upkeep and management for your app as seamless as possible, meaning we give you no-code tools to manage and monitor your app's performance and data.
We use the latest security protocols used by hundreds of Fortune 500 companies. We use the power of Google's Database, Firebase, to enable you to have enterprise-level security protocol on you app.
Of course!
